Associate Degree Program

As the business office relies increasingly on technology, companies need a well-trained, take-charge person to ensure that daily tasks are handled quickly and efficiently. Strong office administration skills are highly sought after in all business environments, including government, non-profit, and corporate.

In Delaware Tech’s Office Administration program you will learn administrative support and office administration skills and develop strong organizational and computer skillsets that are the foundation of any business. While you sharpen your hands-on skills in word processing, electronic file management, multimedia communication methods and specialized computer software applications, you will also develop expertise in communication and human relations, ensuring a rewarding career with the proficiencies necessary to work successfully with others.
